6-Month Group Journey | Begins 4 Feb 2026Lick The Edges is a six-month embodied expansion for women who have done the inner work and are now ready to bring their voice, leadership, and work into the world - without leaving their body behind.
This is not a linear program or fixed curriculum.It’s a responsive, presence-led container shaped by nervous system intelligence, embodiment, and what is alive in the group.This journey supports women who are standing at the edge of visibility, leadership, creation, and sharing their gifts and want to expand steadily, honestly, and embodied.
This is body-led work, not content-led.
Rather than moving through pre-set monthly themes, the container moves through key areas of focus that are returned to as needed, guided by attunement and what supports real integration.
The emphasis is on presence over performance, embodiment over strategy, and capacity over pressure.Who Is This For?
This container is for women who feel called to lead, create, or share their work in the world. Women who have a business, offering, idea, or body of work wanting to come forward and notice hesitation when it’s time to be seen or take up space. Women who are done circling healing and are ready for expansion that lives in the body, not just the mind. This is not a beginner space.
It’s for women ready to live what they already know.

These areas are revisited organically across the six months as capacity grows and integration deepens.❋ Arriving in the BodyGrounding, presence, and nervous system steadiness so expansion feels supported and available.
❋ Speaking from TruthClear expression, honest voice, and self-trust without bracing or over-explaining.
❋ Licking the DepthMeeting intensity and fear with presence. What has been avoided becomes usable strength and clarity.
❋ Desire as AuthorityErotic aliveness and creative life force as intelligent signals. Energy begins to organise life, work, and leadership naturally.
❋ The Edge of VisibilityBeing seen, leading, and sharing work without self-abandonment. Presence becomes the anchor.
❋ Into FormEmbodied creation. Work, leadership, and offerings take shape without urgency or burnout.

How It Works
This is a high-touch, deeply supported group journey.
INCLUDED IN THE CONTAINER:Two live group calls per month
Embodied teaching, somatic practice, truth-telling, and integration, responsive to the group field.
Practice and facilitation spaces
Opportunities to practise holding space, facilitation, breath, movement, and somatic processes in a supportive, invitational way.
One private 1:1 session per month
Personal support, attunement, and guidance.
Breathwork and somatic dance sessions
To deepen aliveness, regulation, and embodied presence.
Private Telegram group
Ongoing connection, reflection, resourcing, and support between calls.
Touch therapy foundations
(for facilitators)
Basic principles of safe, embodied touch for women who facilitate or want to bring touch into their work with integrity.
