“This is where women stop performing and start belonging to themselves.”
The Woman Behind Lick Me™
MEET MOANA
Lick Me™ wasn't born from a marketing idea. It was born from a decision.
A decision that I deserved more.
More than crumbs.
More than waiting to be chosen.
More than constantly putting everyone else's needs before my own.
For years, I abandoned myself to belong. I overgave, overexplained, and shaped myself around what everyone else needed.
Until one day, I decided to choose myself.
Some people might call that selfish.
I call it self-respect.
Lick Me™ became my reminder that life isn't something to watch from the sidelines. It's something to fully taste, feel, and embody.
It's about choosing yourself, even when it feels unfamiliar.
Honouring your body's wisdom instead of overriding it.
Trusting your instincts instead of seeking permission.
Because the deepest act of self-love isn't found in positive affirmations.
It's found in the choices you make every day to stop abandoning yourself.
That's what Lick Me™ means to me.
It's coming home to yourself, fully.
The Invitation
I'm not here to fix you.
I'm not here to tell you who you should become.
I'm here to walk beside you as you remember who you've always been.
My role isn't to give you the answers. It's to create a space where you feel safe enough to hear your own.
A space where you can stop performing.
Stop pleasing.
Stop abandoning yourself.
And begin listening to the wisdom your body has been trying to speak all along.
I'll guide you with somatic practices, breathwork, movement, sound, and honest reflection, but I believe the deepest healing doesn't come from me.
It comes from the moment you choose yourself.
The moment you trust your instinct over fear.
The moment you honour your body instead of overriding it.
The moment you realise you no longer need permission to belong to yourself.
I'll be there to hold the space, ask the questions, and walk beside you.
The rest has always lived within you.
“Stop abandoning yourself.”
Return to your body.
Trust your instinct.
Belong to yourself.
Training & Experience
My work is grounded in years of lived experience, professional training, and a deep commitment to understanding the body's capacity to heal.
I am a certified Breathwork Facilitator trained through Brian Kelly's Breath Masters, a Somatic Movement Facilitator with Somatic Dance International (Levels 1 & 2), and I'm currently completing 400 hours of Somatic Therapy training with Kate Evans.
For more than 15 years, I've worked hands-on as a massage therapist, specialising in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Sports Massage, Sacred Hot Stone Therapy, and therapeutic bodywork.
My approach is also informed by Liberation Through Movement, Hono Hono (Māori energy work), Reiki, and ongoing study within a four-year Priestess Mystery School.
While my training has given me valuable knowledge, my greatest teacher has always been the body itself.
Everything I offer is designed to help women move beyond understanding and into embodiment—learning to trust their bodies, reconnect with their instincts, and create lasting change from the inside out.
